ITC offers a broad range of rental solutions for all sectors including Oil and Gas, Renewables, and Decommissioning. Numerous units across fifteen categories, based on proven engineering and bespoke in-house designs, all meeting the demands of rigorous onshore, offshore, back deck and subsea applications, with ATEX Zone 1 and Zone 2 rated units in the fleet. We provide robust support for our rental fleet through comprehensive backups, spares packages and experienced personnel, ensuring your projects are completed successfully. Every unit is maintained by our own time served technicians and fully function tested before it leaves. COMBI REELER®
Our own combined hydraulic power unit and umbilical reeler, built into a single skid. It halves the deck footprint of a separately skidded system, removes the safety hazard of interconnecting hoses and cuts the manpower needed to run it. Twelve units, including twin-pump sets for higher flow. They run 18.5kW to 55kW, up to 420 bar peak and 285 L/min, on drums of 200 to 300 metres.

HPU'S
The largest part of the fleet, and the part most jobs start with. Air-driven, electric and diesel driven power units, from a 2.8 L/min air-driven unit up to a 126kW diesel delivering 286 L/min. Both ATEX Zone 1 and Zone 2 rated units are available alongside the safe area machines, at 150 to 400 bar nominal and 420 bar peak.

CONTROL UNITS
Hydraulic control stands for running equipment from a safe position, including a rig skidding control stand and two diamond wire saw control stands. Every unit covers a working range rather than a single setting, from 0 to 400 bar and 0 to 320 L/min.

FILTRATION UNITS
Filter skids, filter trolleys and filter units for cleaning and conditioning hydraulic fluid, air-driven and electric, several of them ATEX Zone 2 rated. The fleet covers everything from a 3 L/min polishing unit to a 330 L/min filter skid, at pressures from 4.5 to 420 bar.

TRANSFER UNITS
Air-driven fluid transfer units, both ATEX Zone 2 rated, moving up to 400 litres a minute with no electrical supply needed at the point of work.

DECOM EQUIPMENT
Purpose-built decommissioning equipment, including our own in-house designed 500 tonne casing jack, a subsea hydraulic shear, and 290 and 390 litre subsea grabs. The casing jack has been hotshot deployed to a live well and returned inside three days. The set runs from 200 to 345 bar.

Hire questions, answered
Is hire equipment available for hazardous areas?
Yes. The ITC hire fleet includes ATEX Zone 1 and ATEX Zone 2 rated units alongside safe area machines, across power units, filtration, flushing and transfer. The zone rating for every unit is listed in the tables above.
Can we see a specification before we hire?
Yes. Every unit in the ITC hire fleet has a downloadable specification sheet, linked from its part number in the tables above, giving power, zone, working pressure and flow.
What size of power unit can ITC supply?
ITC supplies from a 2.8 L/min air-driven unit up to a 126kW diesel delivering 286 L/min, with electric units from 4kW to 55kW in between, and pressures up to 400 bar nominal and 420 bar peak.
Who maintains the hire fleet?
We maintain the ITC hire fleet in-house. The same time served technicians who service client equipment look after it, and every item is fully operationally function tested before it goes out.
Can ITC deliver and support equipment offshore?
ITC technicians and engineers travel to site, including offshore, and are fully trained and registered to the necessary standards for global deployment.
What if nothing in the fleet fits the job?
We design and build equipment as well as hiring it. The ITC Combi-Reeler exists because a client needed half the deck footprint in half the usual delivery time, and it was designed, built and function tested in six weeks.
