Across all industries, ITC provides the service and maintenance activities needed to keep client equipment fleets active, covering hydraulic, electrical and mechanical equipment. Maintenance is carried out at ITC’s workshops or on your own site, whichever suits the equipment.
ITC’s skilled and competent technicians work to OEM instructions. Where those instructions are no longer available, ITC’s engineering department will develop a suitable programme to maximise the equipment’s operational uptime. Any repairs or upgrades needed to meet current industry standards are identified and notified to you, then actioned once approved.
Maintenance can range from a simple oil and filter change to a complete strip down and rebuild. All equipment is fully operationally function tested before it is returned or put back on line.
Technicians and engineers travel to site to carry out maintenance, including offshore, with staff fully trained and registered to the necessary standards for global deployment.

What ITC maintains
Equipment ITC services and keeps running
ITC has built over 500 HPUs ranging from 2.2kW to 220kW, for workshop through to road bridge applications, along with winches and spoolers for marine and fishery use.
Hydraulic power units
Workshop, industrial and offshore HPUs, serviced to the OEM programme or to one ITC writes.
Pumps and motors
Pump and motor rebuilds carried out by time served technicians.
Hose and pipework
Hose manufacture and pipefitting, from a single burst hose to complete pipework runs.
Function testing

Equipment that has to be ready when the job starts
ITC holds a large inventory of parts and runs an accredited competency system, so a service is not held up waiting on a component or on a qualified technician. Technicians are time served, and the workshop is large enough, with overhead crane capacity, to take equipment many workshops would have to turn away.
Where equipment cannot come off site, ITC’s mobile maintenance packages bring the same technicians and the same standard of work to your own location, on or offshore.

Accreditation
ITC has been an ISO 9001 accredited company since 2012. In 2018 ITC passed UKAS accreditation by DNV-GL for its Integrated Management System, covering Quality (ISO 9001:2015), Environment (ISO 14001:2015) and Health & Safety (ISO 45001). All maintenance and service work is controlled through that system, whether the job is a single service visit or a scheduled programme across a whole fleet.

Can ITC carry out maintenance on our site?
Yes. Technicians and engineers travel to site, including offshore, and are fully trained and registered to the necessary standards for global deployment. Mobile maintenance packages are available where equipment cannot come off site.
What if the OEM maintenance instructions no longer exist?
ITC’s engineering department will develop a suitable programme from scratch, so ageing equipment is not written off simply because the original documentation has gone.
