ITC Hydraulic Services Ltd have an opportunity for a Mechanical/Hydraulic Technician on a full-time basis to join their team, based at Oldmeldrum, Aberdeenshire. We are looking for someone who is a confident and well organised individual who can manage a busy workload and are able to work on their own and within a team.

Candidates should have a mechanical background with at least 5 years’ experience to assist with the continued growth of the company. Good reporting and academic skills are also required.

Successful candidates MUST possess the following essential skills:

• Hold a relevant qualification and/or be Time Served in a similar role.

• Be Hydraulically and Mechanically minded.

• Have experience with Pipefitting and hose manufacturing.

• Have experience with pump and motor rebuilds.

• Have the ability to read and understand Hydraulic and Mechanical drawings.

• Have the ability to compile accurate service reports to a high standard.

• Have good communication skills.

• Have an excellent understanding of health and safety.

• Have good organisational skills.

• Have trouble shooting skills.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Deliver the highest quality of repair, on time and to budget, and in accordance with ITC work packs and customer specific requirements.

• Ensuring all workshop equipment is suitably maintained and kept up to standard.

• Able to work from home/offshore from time to time at short notice.

• Ensuring all workshop/job documentation is completed to a high standard

• Ensure that the company’s interest and image are projected at all times through good practice and safe working.

• Participation in all Health, Safety, Quality and Environment (HSQE) initiatives such as prevention of non-conformities in the form of accidents, injuries and illness and to actively seek to eliminate any unsafe work practices and conditions.

Employment Details/Benefits:

This role will require you to work 7:30am – 4:00pm, Monday – Thursday and 7.30am – 3.00pm on a Friday.

In return you will receive a salary between £37,500.00 and £44,500.00 per annum, based on relevant experience. Along with 33 days pro-rata annual leave, private health insurance, Death in Service and a company pension. Instrument Pipefitter, Permanent

ITC Hydraulic Services Ltd have an opportunity for an Instrument Pipefitter on a full-time basis to strengthen our Hydraulics Team, based at Oldmeldrum, Aberdeenshire. 

As part of our team, you will handle and take care of several different aspects in pipe routing and fitting installations. We are looking for someone who is a confident and well organised individual who can manage a busy workload and are able to work on their own and within a team.

Candidates should have Previous experience of working in a similar position, within a mechanical/hydraulics business.

Successful candidates MUST possess the following essential skills:

• Must have ability to ready hydraulic/pneumatic system drawings and mechanical engineering drawing/plans.
• Demonstrable work experience.
• Experience across multiple sectors. 
• Additional experience in maintenance activities
• Must be a good team player with a flexible approach
• Willing to expand current knowledge.
• Educated to National Level 3 as a minimum requirement.
• Fluent in English.
• Must have a recognised apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
• Hydraulic Level 1 and 2 qualifications would be advantageous.
• Previous experience working in a mechanical / hydraulic position.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):

• As a pipefitter you can independently measure piping, make an isometric sketch of it, fabricate and assemble the pipes.
• Always maintain a high quality of craftsman ship.
• Assist in other maintenance activities in the workshop when needed.
• Prepare reports
• Other duties commensurate with skills and experience as may be determined from time to time by the Manager/Directors.

ITC Manufacturing Ltd have an opportunity for a Fabricator/Welder on a full-time basis to join their team, based at St Katherines, Aberdeenshire. We are looking for someone who is a confident and a well organised individual who can manage a busy workload and are able to work on their own and within a team.
Candidates should have a Fabrication/welding background with at least 5 years’ experience to assist with the continued growth of this young company. Good reporting and academic skills are also required.

Successful candidates MUST possess the following essential skills:
• Relevant qualification and/or be Time Served in a similar role.
• Have experience of Fabricating & welding of, Structural carbon steel, Stainless Steel & Aluminium. (essential)
• Perform welding using FCAW, MCAW, TIG & MIG welding process to company weld procedures where applicable. (essential)
• Ability to accurate fit, assemble & weld structural components to issued relevant drawings (essential)
• Good communication skills (essential)
• Excellent understanding of health and safety.

• Cutting & fit up of structural steel components to supplied drawings, accurate checking of dimension to drawings, welding of components, producing new and refurbished components to sample or drawing.
• Assist with the refurbishment and assembly of overhauled equipment in the workshop and the supply of associated spare parts.
